1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 777sx ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using the 777sx platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered players, and any other users of the 777sx website and associated services. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the 777sx platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2Eligibility Requirements

Access to and use of the 777sx platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. You must satisfy all of the following conditions to register and maintain an active account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times while maintaining an active account on the 777sx platform.
• You must be a natural person of legal capacity in your jurisdiction and not be acting on behalf of a third party without explicit written authorisation.
• You must not be a resident of or located in any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited under applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether use of the 777sx platform is lawful in your location.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the 777sx platform or from any other online gaming platform for fraud, cheating, or material breach of terms.
• You must hold a valid and active payment account (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, or Mastercard) in your own name, which matches the name registered on your 777sx account.

3Account Registration

To access the full features of the 777sx platform, including depositing funds and placing bets, you must register a personal account. The following conditions apply to the registration and maintenance of your account:

• Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the 777sx platform. Opening multiple accounts constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile phone number. You are responsible for updating this information promptly if it changes.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. 777sx will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• Identity verification (KYC) documents will be required prior to processing the first withdrawal from your account. Accepted KYC documents include a valid National ID (NID), passport, or driver's licence, accompanied by proof of payment method ownership.
• 777sx reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any time in accordance with its anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension.

Accounts that remain inactive (no login, deposit, or betting activity) for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. 777sx reserves the right to deduct a monthly administrative fee from dormant account balances after providing prior written notice by email.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 777sx platform are subject to the following terms. 777sx processes deposits and withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Supported payment methods are bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard.

• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own legal name. Deposits from third-party accounts, anonymous prepaid instruments, or unverified sources are not permitted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your account. These limits may be adjusted by 777sx at its discretion, with reasonable notice provided to affected players.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. First-time withdrawals may require additional processing time while identity documents are reviewed. Subsequent withdrawals from verified accounts are typically processed within 5 minutes for bKash and Nagad.
• 777sx does not charge platform fees on standard bKash or Nagad deposits. Where third-party payment processor fees apply, these will be disclosed in the cashier prior to transaction confirmation.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by 777sx support in writing. This requirement exists to comply with anti-money laundering obligations.

777sx reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request pending the outcome of a fraud investigation or AML review. Where a withdrawal is declined, the funds will be returned to the player's 777sx account balance and the player will be notified by email.

5Bonuses and Promotions

777sx may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable rollover multiplier for each bonus will be specified in the individual promotion terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them cannot be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement has been met.
• Bonuses are issued for personal use only. They may not be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash outside of the wagering cycle, or assigned to any third party.
• 777sx reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time prior to it being claimed, and to amend the terms of an ongoing promotion with reasonable notice. If a player has already accepted a bonus and it is subsequently modified, the original terms at the time of acceptance will apply.
• Where 777sx has reasonable grounds to believe that a player is abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to bonus hunting, matched betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion — 777sx may void the relevant bonus, any associated winnings, and take further action including account suspension.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only. A new player is defined as a person who has not previously held a registered account on the 777sx platform. Attempts to claim a welcome bonus on a second account will result in forfeiture of the bonus and may trigger an account review.

777sx is not obligated to offer any bonus or promotion at any time. All promotional offers are made at the sole discretion of 777sx and may be withdrawn, modified, or replaced without notice, subject to these Terms.

6Betting Rules

All bets placed on the 777sx platform are subject to the following general rules. Game-specific rules are displayed within each game or sports market and form part of these Terms by reference:

• A bet is considered final and binding once it has been confirmed by the 777sx system. Players are responsible for ensuring bet selections, stakes, and market choices are correct before confirming. 777sx will not reverse a confirmed bet on the basis of player error.
• In the event of a technical error or malfunction during a game or sporting event, 777sx reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's account. Winnings generated during a confirmed system malfunction will not be honoured.
• For live sports betting, odds are subject to change in real time. A bet is only confirmed at the odds displayed at the precise moment of bet confirmation. In-play markets may be suspended at any time at the discretion of 777sx.
• Maximum payout limits per bet and per day apply and are displayed in the relevant game or market. Winnings that exceed the published maximum payout cap will be limited to the cap amount, and the excess will not be paid.

777sx uses certified random number generator (RNG) technology supplied by internationally accredited game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt, and Microgaming. The outcomes of all RNG-based games are independently audited for fairness. 777sx does not manipulate or influence game outcomes.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 777sx platform. Engaging in any of the following activities will result in immediate account suspension and may result in permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using any software, robot, spider, script, automated tool, or artificial intelligence system to place bets, manipulate game outcomes, or interact with the 777sx platform in any manner not explicitly authorised by 777sx.
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or platform staff to gain an unfair advantage. This includes but is not limited to chip dumping in poker formats, signalling card information in live dealer games, or coordinating bets with third parties to exploit bonus structures.
• Attempting to launder money, conduct fraudulent transactions, or use the 777sx platform in connection with any criminal activity. 777sx is obligated to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with 777sx. This includes the use of another person's identity, fabricated documents, or altered photographs.
• Exploiting any software bug, glitch, or error in the platform that results in an unintended advantage. Players who discover a bug or error must report it to 777sx support immediately. Any winnings generated through a known or suspected glitch will be voided.

8Responsible Gaming

777sx is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across its platform. The following tools and policies are available to all registered players aged 21 and above:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once set, a deposit limit may be decreased immediately, but an increase to a previously set limit requires a cooling-off period of 24 hours before taking effect.
• Self-exclusion: Players may request voluntary self-exclusion from the 777sx platform for a defined period (30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanently). Self-exclusion requests must be submitted to 777sx support and will take effect within 24 hours of confirmation.
• Session time reminders: Players may configure session duration alerts within their account settings to receive notifications when a defined play session length has been reached.
• Reality checks: Periodic on-screen notifications of time spent and net balance change during an active session may be enabled through account settings.

9Intellectual Property

All content on the 777sx platform, including but not limited to software, code, text, graphics, logos, images, game assets, audio, video, user interface elements, and the selection and arrangement thereof, is the exclusive property of 777sx or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content from the 777sx platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, transmitted, publicly displayed, or otherwise exploited without the prior written consent of 777sx.

The 777sx brand name, logo, and associated marks are trademarks of 777sx. Unauthorised use of these marks in any commercial context — including but not limited to advertising, affiliate marketing without a current affiliate agreement, or impersonation — is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

10Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 777sx's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from or related to the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 777sx shall not be liable for the following categories of loss:

• Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or reputational damage, whether foreseeable or not.
• Loss or damage resulting from force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, internet service outages, government actions, civil unrest, or any other event beyond the reasonable control of 777sx.
• Any loss attributable to a player's own decision to gamble, including the normal loss of staked funds during legitimate gameplay. 777sx does not guarantee any return on funds wagered on the platform.

11Account Suspension and Termination

777sx reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a player account at its discretion. The following circumstances may result in suspension or termination:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including prohibited conduct, provision of false information, or failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any other conduct detrimental to the integrity of the 777sx platform or its players.
• A voluntary closure request submitted by the account holder, or a self-exclusion request. In such cases, any remaining balance (net of voided bonus funds) will be returned to the player's registered payment method following successful identity verification.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, 777sx reserves the right to retain any balance attributable to the breach. Where the closure is administrative or at the player's own request, outstanding withdrawable balances will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures. 12Amendments to These Terms

777sx reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made to these Terms, 777sx will provide reasonable advance notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform. The effective date of any revised Terms will be displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the 777sx platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11 of these Terms.
